I’m a registered Health & Wellbeing Coach (NHS & Private), Certified Mindset Coach, and Speaker, specialising in hormone-led metabolic health.
I support individuals and organisations to improve energy, wellbeing, and sustainable performance through lifestyle, mindset, and behaviour change — helping people feel better, function better, and build habits that last.
I’m known for a calm, practical approach that helps people feel supported, understood, and capable of making changes that actually stick.

My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and practical.
I focus on how hormones, metabolism, stress, and daily habits influence energy, focus, and resilience — at work and in life. Rather than quick fixes, I support sustainable change that fits real lives and real workloads.

Alongside my private practice, I work part-time as an NHS Health & Wellbeing Coach, delivering evidence-based group programmes.
Background
I bring together over 18 years’ experience in sales, marketing, events, and operations with professional accredited training in health, wellbeing, and mindset coaching.
I understand the pressures of busy roles, performance expectations, and competing demands, and how easily energy and health can slip when everything else comes first.
Why this work matters to me
I know first-hand how challenging it can be to navigate hormone-related health issues, low energy, and wellbeing struggles while trying to keep showing up at work and in life.
Through my own journey, I’ve experienced many of the challenges I now support others with, including weight struggles, emotional eating, ongoing stress, low energy, poor sleep, and feeling disconnected from my body, all while keeping up with work and everyday responsibilities.
Taking a hormone-aware, lifestyle-led approach transformed my own energy and wellbeing, and now underpins how I support others.
Helping people feel more energised, confident, and in control of their health is the most rewarding part of my work.
Outside of work
You’ll usually find me near the sea, enjoying yoga and long walks, listening to audiobooks, and fuelled by good coffee and kombucha! ☕🌊
